The current retail shop at the corner of Wellington Rd and Taufa’ahau Rd was the original shop after converting it from a bakery store owned by her brother Alfred Cowley. The company has stood the test of time and has since expanded into a variety of different industries such as tourism, manufacturing, retail, rental etc.
